Need help

So there is this lady she got married last year in february 2014 and then she started fighting the next day with her husband and told him to send his parents to their village and transfer all the property on his name from his dad's name so they can move to chandigarh and she can bring her mom there but when guy refused to do that, she left his house and went to her mom's and then she brought some women's group and blamed them for dowry even though they didn't ask for anything and guy's family spent more money on that wedding than girls but since our country only favours the women, guy's family was dragged to court and there this lady started a new drama and said her father in law and her sister in law's husband tried to molest her which is not true at all.

Since it's been over a year and she's bringing in some women's groups from all the different places and taking them to court for something and then for something else.

Guy's family is not at fault. She's just trying to get some money from them by blaming them for things that never happened. ohh and she gave a birth to a girl last year too so maybe she's trying to get some money from there too. Guy's family even agreed to pay her if she gives the daughter to them because she said she doesn't want to keep the daughter but then she changed her mind again and started her dirty games.. So, now guy and his family moved abroad but this women is bothering her sister in law and her husband and taking them to court saying her house was ruined because of them..Police ordered the sister in law and her husband that they can't leave the country and they are out on bail...

Guy's family isn't even at fault but this lady is still bothering them so is there anything that can be done since police and court is only favouring the lady just because she's a women. Can they do something???? can they file a case against her because she's spoiling their reputation and character..there was even a time in court when women group backed up when they found out about her lies but still they are under some kind of oath to support her just because she's a woman

You can approach High Court & file an appropriate writ (U/s Art 226 constitution) and / or seek quashing of criminal proceedings (U/s 482 CrPC). Consult a local lawyer who can examine merits of your case. For damage of reputation etc you can file criminal defamation or civil suit for damages.

There is a saying.. Thorn should be taken out with help of another Thorn (Safety Pin).

So it is upto you how to handle the issue either hear and ignore or fight hard so that they will shut there mouths...
