My wife has done the maintance case for 125 crpc. Actually my wife has degree for LLB & LLM. Now rather she was doing without name coaching class for small student for nursery LKG & UKG student. How can we prove in court? she had left me.
Please suggest me some law which would be helpful for me.

Admittedly, she is not gainfully employed. doing some odd jobs does not disentitle her for getting maintainance.
