Need help

Hi this is Radhika. I am working in one company as a HR. Company make a sign on a “agreement of employment” from every new candidate who join us.

We take sign from candidate. On be half of company I am signing on agreement as HR. If in future any employee takes an action against any rule or Policy in agreement. Then who will be responsible to answer. HR or Owner?

Is there any law or act who defines same?

Few things needs to be analysed:

1. Terms of the Agreement

2. Facts of the dispute that may occur at any unforeseen / future time.

In most of the cases it is the liability of the Employer i.e. the Company, however, also vary case to case based on facts of the issue.
