Need help

we have an apartment in a buildiing where the other owners have gone ahead and renovated and extended their portions. We had not participated as this renovation and extension is without corporation approval. During the renovation process they had cut all electricity and water connections to our apartment as well and we now find the approach to our apartment is itself inhibited, Iinspite of them assuring that everything will be set right, nothing is being done. What legal action should we take as there are mulitple stkeholders involved and how much will it cost me?

Hello Shahi,

follow the following:

is your society a registered society?

if yes.. then give them a complain in writing... or the same..

in case they still fail to take any action against the wrong doers. then send them (society) a legal notice and mark the other flat owners who are involved in it.

in case they still fail to take any action. then approach the registar of your area.. and he will be able to grant you relief...
