Can the contents of the charge sheet/challan be altered by the police, when the FIR was filed U/s (120B, 366, 376). Moreover the victim has recorded the statement u/s 164? Please advice/help.

The power and statutory duties of Police are being governed and regulated by Police Mannual, Code of Criminal Procedure, and Suberban Police Act. But very often they move beyond those guidelines. So your grievance can be taken up at the time of evidence and argument.
