I bought 3 adjacent properties,
1. in 2002 - 2000sq feet
2. in 2005 - 2500 sq feet
3. in 2012 - 4000 sq feet
All the properties are registered in my name, in 2005 when i bought the 2005sq feet land, i made a warehouse of 4000 sq feet ( including both the properties) the 500sq feet that i left was for a private road, i built a private road. in 2012 i bought another adjacent property(4000sq feet). now I applied for a new patta in 2013 for all the three properties together in one patta, but the patta that i got is only for 8000sq feet and not the total 8500sq feet. so i lost 500sq feet for no reason.
how can i get a new patta now with 8500sq feet.I have all the purchase papers with me. please advice.
