Need help in rcr

All respected members,

Please guide me with below query.

Can we apply RCR after 498a, dv etc are filed by wife?

Also, what should one do if wife files both 498a, dv etc along with it divorce? can we quash divorce or 498a, dv etc cases?

Also what is the limitation period for 498a, DV and DP? ( There is no clarity in previous threads about this. Please let me know this information.

yes you can file but RCR is a waste.

well any concrete advise can only be given after knowing full facts of the case.

RCR is futile. Think about the situation if she says yes to come back....will u take her back ??

Also, there is a long post on why not to file RCR on LCI, find that and go through the whole post..........u will learn many things from that post
