need help on Emotional Balckmailing

HI,

My name is Rahul. I need some advice regarding the following matter-

I had a friendship with a girl in past which then turns into influctuation. We never had any physical relationship. She is a handicapped girl belonging from backward category. i never had any commitment for her.

Due to some of difference in thoughts and opinion our friendship got over and now she is black mailing me .

She is saying she will commit suicide and will put the name of me and my parents as they are responsible for our separation.

She is emotionally black mailing me and had once cut her nerves even.

She is regularly sending me threatening messages.

Could you please suggest what should be my action steps in this case.

Should i lodge a police complaint in advance as a preventive measure?

Any advice would be helpful.

You were wrong to take up with a handicapped and emotionally fragile girl and continue your relations even though you "had no commitments for her." It is irresponsible behaviour and now you are seeking the help of this forum for shirking your responsibility. Do seek the help of elders, psychological counsellors for resolving the situation.

Be coll to handle such matters take the help of your good frneds and elders to convince her. If you lodedged the complaint first police will suspect you, if you didn't bring it to the notice of the police then also problem for you. Try to convince her if you know any politician or your MLA influence the police thru., hiim.
