Its not that you dont have ground, you do have it only thing is be smart and let them make mistakes. Get second opinion from experienced criminal lawyers. Legal consultation should not eat much of your hard earned money.

File a divorce on cruelty....Keep collecting evidences showing your willingness to co habit.....

I have gone through the above mentioned chat sesion between you and other members of lawyersclub India and 100% agree with the opinion of all. Sir though you dont have strong ground for divorce right now your relationship with your wife is totally spoiled and according to me there are no chances of conciliation. But irrtrieveable breakdown of marriage is one of the latest grounds of divorce as per the judgement of honourable Supreme court. so contact a competent lawyer and initiate divorce proceeding and start collecting evidences.

 Thank you for your valuable information.. Right now my wife is playing dual game.. She is telling that I want to job some where, whth out joining with me..I already told my final decision from long back.. Now upto you what you want to do? and do what ever you want.. Then I asked please sign for me that you don't want to join with me or why we can not go for a judicial separation (as you don't want to stay with me) .. Then she say that you take action, I can not do any thing..But I know, her mother is moey minded, there intention to extract money for her past study loan and for maitaining their  hi status life..

So as I have some prrof for his past relation with his boy friend, which I mentioned in this posting.. But still my advocate is telling to fineone time RCR, then we can go for diverce.. Before that I am planning to send a letter to her father to rejoin with me (as it will some documnetary prrof,but I have enough voice recording, where she flatly denied to join with me)? will it be helpful for any further cases, where I can say that I asked her to join with me..

Please help me in this regard..
