Hi
My car has been damaged and scratches have been appeared on its body, due to the activities of children playing in society premises. There have been quite a few occassions when the children also sit on the car's body & dash their bycycles to it, causing damages to it, which incurrs heavy restoration expenses. What is the correct method to lodge a complaint, as I dont know the exact person who has damged the car.

How can children's activities (like sitting on a car or dashing bicycles against it) cause damages which require heavy restoration expenses? Is it a Lamborghini?

You need to appraoch your society office berears and have a meeting with rules for society and a watchman should be responsbile for helping prevent such acts.
Childrens can be educated and informed about playing without damaging or creating discomfort to others.
This should sort out among yourselves.
