Need help to understand rera decision

Hello Respected team,

I'd raised a complaint in RERA for the delay in flat possession and a final decision was made recently.

Kindly help me understand the points related to:-
1. penalty as per BBA and
2. penal interest as per RERA.
I'm attaching a screenshot of the final decision.

You have been awarded a refund at the rate of MCLR+1% from date on which delay started till date. MCLR is 8.55% presently.

Many thanks for the quick response.

In case the builder doesn't comply, do I need to complain again in RERA or a choose different legal option?

Also, the BBA didn't put any clause for delayed payment in BBA, so I'm not entitled to any..is that correct?

Even if BBA doesn't has provision for dalayed payment, still you are entitled to refund with compensation. After getting order if builder doesn't refund you need to file for execution in RERA.
