Hello,
I need some suggestion in following information.
There are many income tax cases(ECONOMIC OFFENCES) pending in high court against my in laws. I would like get the information of the ongoing cases against them to prove my innocence in falsely implicated matrimonial/money extraction cases against me.
Please guide me how can I get the information.

You may try under RTI ... an application can be filed before PIO, Income tax seeking information on the progress of the case(s)... [provided no enquiry / investigation is pending against yr in -laws in that they will not part with information]
