I have purchased plot in Phursungi, Pune.
From December 2017, this area is going be in Pune Municiple corporation area.
My plot is in geen zone and once the area goes into PMC, will it become Non agricultral or do I need to submit any document or pay any amount for this.
Plot is on 2000 SQRFT.
