I am in the process of starting a new business where I would be generating new leads to lawyers for various categories like criminal cases, property cases, divorce cases, etc. Now I am not sure how much I should charge a lawyer for this.
As lawyers, could you give me an idea of
1. If it were you, how much would you be ready to pay me for every lead I send you?
2. If the arrangement we had was for payment only for a converted sale (that is, the lead actually chooses to go with you and pays you money), how much would you be ready to pay me for that?
Basically, I do not have much idea of how much lawyers charge for various cases, so I do not know what is a good commission to charge. Any inputs would be much appreciated.
