dear experts , i`m amita rishi gupta ,i filled maintenance case against my husband becz he was illtreated mei have two son also with me ,i want some judgments to support my case becz my husband given wrong payslip & shown may deductions ,so can any one suggest me any judgment to support that voluntry deduction should add to the salary while concerning maintenance amount. waiting for help.
