need judgement under sec 420 ipc and sec 63, 65 copyright act

If an employee is doing job in company and if he caught with fake products that company manufactures, and that employee has no knowledge of that products. Is he held liable.

That is to be tested in the Trail. if any prima facie evidence is there against the concerned employee then he will have to face the heat.
