I have filed a execution case which was passed by the Arbitrator of other jurisdiction in matter of Credit card defaulter case.
In that case Hon'ble Judge required a citation; in which NOTICE to Judgment debtor not required and further process continues without the service of Notice.

rullings need u/s311 of cr.pc, prosecution evidence closed by the ho'ble court and the case is posted for jugdment, prosecution filed petion u/s 311of cr.p.c for recall of metrial witness need suporting S.C judgements.
