I booked are residential plot from are real estate company udetibuildhomes.com . After paying full money, they keep on postponing registration. When I approached for cancellation, they are avoiding taking my phone calls and not replying to my emails too. I want to go through legally. I even heard from one costumer that they have given false/invalid cheque to him, when he cancelled his booking.
Pls advise.

Dear,
at first you are required to give a written notice to the real estate company telling them that since a pretty long time has passed you want them to complete the bregistration procedure as early as possible, and in case they fail you will take legal steps against them. If required you can send this notice in a lawyers letter head. Then wait for some time and if they do not reply or complete the registration you can directly move before the district consumer forum within your jurisdiction. Since this is a case of clear deficiency of service and will come under Consumer Protectio Act, 1986.
