I am S.K Rai from Delhi I am leaving since 9 years in Delhi in March-2009 due me some problem of my father I plan to go in Varanasi and provide the key of my house to some body the name of person (Hemant)for care the home..but this man is not the good after 18 month when I was come at home in delhi and see that I have lost all the item of my house like a TV friage gold , computer, Handaycom, Inverter all the items of my house this person is cheated me I find out some body about the same but every man told me this person was stolen all items of my house. after forced this person now he is saying that I will provide all items of my house in next one month..pls suggest me what I do in that case..can I make the aggrement for the same...how can I belive this person..Pls send me a format for making this aggrement...and what matter I write in stamp paper i purchases the stamp paper in my name or that person name...pls provide me all detials as per legal..I am totaly consufused about the same..pls provide the legal methed ...
