Dear Sir,
I have decided to buy one property near Jnanabharathi 1st Block(Valegerahalli) Bangalore. It is a BDA property, the current owner of the property is the direct allottee.
The property was allotted to Mr. X, who is passed away last year, Mr. X has two sons, one daughter and 3 grand childrens.
Now Mr. X's wife and 3 children’s are legal heirs of the property. Now, I have decided to buy the property from Mr.X’s children’s.
Please let me know will there be any legal problems if I buy this property?
And also let me know, what is the procedure for Mr.X's Wife/children’s to follow to sell this property to me, since all the property related documents are in the name of Mr. X.
