Need marriage certificate but wife is not here

Dear Experts,

I am not sure whether it is right forum to query about this trivial issue.

My wife left without any reason 9 months back and staying with her parents, only false allegations no case regisitered.every request to take her back is wasted.i am not scared of anything

My company wants me to go swiss for official work atleast for 3 months. But swiss embassy requires legalized marriage certificate which will be provided by court/home ministry.

I dont have Govt marriage certificate , i have only muslim nikah nama as we both are muslim.

So my question is how will i get marriage certificate and how it will be legalized without begging to my wife come back.Because i requested her for last 9 months but now i will not request her force her to come back.

Thanks

You have to register your marriage in court, for that you need your wife to appear before magistrate . :(

she will  show "nakhra" now!

1. Muslim Nikahnama is valid legal document of a legal marriage of Muslims. Infact Muslim Personal Law board have objected to Registration of Marriage and State Amendments don’t talk specifically of Muslims also to Register compulsorily their Marriages ! See your own State Amendments in Marriage, Birth and Death Act.
2. You can get it attested by a Class I Magistrate.
3. Other legal alternate (as far as Court certified Copy that Swiss authorities may consider now / are asking you to submit) is to file a RCR Application via a reference advocate in jurisdiction Court along with copy of Nikahnama as annexure that you have and get the RCR Notice issued to your wife. Once the RCR suit matters gets admitted and Court reference case number alloted  seek Certified Copy from concerned Court of Nikahnama that you submitted as annexure along with Memo of Parties and submit the same before Swiss authorities. Later it is your sweet wish to peruse the RCR or not or leave India by giving instructions to your lawyer while on the job in
Switzerland.

@Ranee...Yes you are right,This nautanki of Nakhra i need to face now,to satisfy ego my MIL.

@TajobsIndia..If i tell to embassy i dont want to take my wife there with me as she is studying or hospitalized, then still i need to submit marriage certificate to get visa?

I think your second option is fine,i can try to get it attested by class 1 Magistrate. Can i go to ADM/SDM to get it attested for visa apply.
