Dear Exparts,
Our parents have given a small portion of our banglow to a family known to them 40 years back. We are staying in major portion of the banglow / apartment. Same is located in ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Originally, one room of the apartment was given for care taking purpose with a ordinary rent amount.
In past due to some dispute we have collected the rent amount thru court. That was last before 12 years. Now a days no rent even. We need this room back for our own use. Mainly, one of our member (son) along with his family getting settled here. We want to carry some expantion of house.
How fast we could get this portion back legally? what are the spets to be followed ?
