Dear Kiran,

You have to apply to the concerned PIO notified under the RTI Act.
However, the information can be supplied to you only on the approval of the assessee whose details are sought by you, in case the assessee disapproves, the deptt cannot supply you with the information sought by you.

I applied for the details of the employee to his department and incomtax

Iasked details of the employee Leaves taken by him from 2007 to till date Then they replied ask him as the employee was not willing to give.

and the Incometax department also said we cant disclose the Taxpayed by the employee, to the third person
