My Husband has filed divorce case and i am working lady. I have been asked to travel abraod from my organizastaion and my hearing is on Next month. can i go to abroad for my work or is there any other way ? I ahve 5 yrs kid also and I am planning to leave my kid to My parents and leave for abroad for a work related. Pls advice.

You can go abroad, there is no hurdle in that. However, do engage a lawyer to represent you in the court and decide about your foreign journey after talking with him.

u have not mentioned whether it was filed under 13B or under 13 of HMA ACT 1955, if under Mutual consent u cannot go, if it is first hearing, if is not under mutual u can engage a lawyer he will take care

Its a civil case, u may be abroad for 1 yr without hassles. ur advo wil take care of ths case.
Kid can be deanded by him under GWA case, he has not filed it. SO relax

generally court always insist minor child to be under mother custody. you can worry if he has filled any petition under 26 of HMA 1955, for custody of child,, . As per your statement he had filled divorce only, and he had not sought child custody so far. even if your are not in country please follow up ur case closely.
