Need suggestion

Hi,

My Wife's Father made a settlement of 25 cent Land to my wife name on 2010 and he died on 2012. wife's brother has the patta (Patta is in father name), he refuse to give patta to my wife, below are my question

1. is there any chance to cancel the settlement?

2. Master and settlement document with us, so whether his brother do with patta?

3. whether we can apply for new patta

 


Please advice we are in confusion now :(

03. Yes.  this is important.  apply for new patta with copy of document for mutation of your wife name in Rev. records.

one more query is whether we can apply for new patta without the old one copy or it is mandatory to submit the old patta(which her father name) bcoz it was not with us.
