Need suggestion before filing for divorce on ground of impot

In court cases and in disputes there are no room for emotions.If you are hard enough to hold criticism then definately you are going to win the battle.

Every person has different thinking and way of expressions,but it doesn't mean that a person is making fun of you. Here thousands of victims daily login in this LCI to see and co relate their situations,to get some what remedies.All are of different different states but the country is same.......

If you feel dishearted by the members then how could you project your case for divorce infront of the judge.Because in real life criticism is at every step but it our thought who make us move ahead by neglecting all negative energies.

In my above post it was my view,but I didn't asked you to clarify me. It's not me who will go and see your real situation but yes I can pray for you and all victims that whatever conditions prevailing as they may come up with ease in their hard times and may completely be out from the hell as early as they can.

            As i mentioned earlier my case is similar to Apoorva's case but i am still struggling to find the reason for my wife's behaviour.Most of you here are failing to understand a simple point that Physical or Psycological issues are not main concern for us.We are ready to accept it had the spouse  treated us with respect atleast as a friend if not as wife/husband.Rather inspite of hiding their issues they have treated us badly which is why we are having this agony...Nobody wants to go for divorce had the partner been so kind,affectionate and understanding.Other issues are only secondary....

1]   I had told him that it would be better that we have kids after 2 yes and we could use condoms when we want to have relationship.
      like ur boldness to suggest. normally male side take initiative. its ok. bt if one wants real feeling/sensation thn. chances r he has not guts to express own  desire.

2]   After spending 1st night in hotel we went home and when sleeping in their home when I was about to close the door of the room, he told that he always slept with the door open and he would not like it if it was closed,
       in hotel, whether door was locked or not u didn't say bt i presume it was. thn from experience of ur first night in hotel, is it not tht ur hubby wants door unlocked as a precautionary measure ?

3]   Can anyone tell me what tests they conduct during potency tests and if he consumes any drugs will he be termed as potent??
       But I want to know about these impotency tests, and by taking drugs is it possible to show that you are potent by taking certain drugs??
        But still it would hv been better if I would hv come to know if by taking any drugs dey can come out of this tests clean..

4}   Please don't waste my time if you don't know the ans to the questions I have asked.
       Can a lawyer please ans dis question? Wat report will dey expect in the court and from which specialist for the impotency test?

5]   And let me tell you he has personally not messaged me or called me even once to go back to him.
       in absence of ur silence abt urself in this regard, can one take it fr granted 'tit fr tat'

6]   I suspected that he might take drugs to prove that he might not be impotent. I just wanted to clarify if this was possible but I don't know whether he took any 
      drugs and have not seen him take any.
       thn its result u experienced it.
       there r instances where a man can be impotent towards a particular woman, but not towards other woman.
       hope this is not in ur case.
