Need suggestion on rcr

I filed RCR last week.. Once my wife will get notice, can she file maintenance immidiately?

In which court she can file? at her place or at my place, where I filed RCR..

As she had enought fault in our relation, and she is not joining with me which out sufficient cause, still I need to pay maintenance?

She say that it is not necessary to stay together, and she say that she want to do job near to her parent's home.. As till now I thing she hasnot get job, for that can she ask for maintenance?

In case she file maintenance, can I appeal at Hgh court,or later can I proceed to supreme court?

Basically as she is not joinig with me, with out any fault fro my side.. Almost faults are from her side.. that'swhy I am ready to pay so easily (I will argue that I am not a ATM machine)..she is also educated..

please suggets me in this regards..

1. She has option to file or not to file. She may file where the case is pending or she may even choose to transfer the case first to her jurisdiction and then file.
2. You may choose arguing about no maintenance to educated – capable wife all the way to Hon’ble SC but still there are many sips between the cup and the lip.
