Need suggestion on rcr

I filed RCR where my advocate sent two notice, one to directly to her address and another to their local court. After inquiry I found that the registered letter to their address is not dispatched, so may be they did not accepted it. Simultaneously, the latter is despatched to their local court. So if they will return that letter then how can I go ahead?

My query

Can I request to my regional police for a councelling? or should I wait for RCR?

Once I filed RCR and in the mean time can I file case against my inlaw that they took to my wife and keeping without any valid reason.

Go to PS, lodge complaint against father in law, mother in law that they have kept your wife with them without her consent. Then they will be brought to the PS where everything will be recorded. If your wife does not want to come back a statement will be recorded by PS. All these will become helpful when you go for divorce.

if wife is a goverment emplyee , due to this reason she did't want to come back ( actually she didn't want to leave with her husband) in this sitution what to do ????

Actually she is staying apart from me since last 14 month.. and according to my information she is not doing any job so far.. By the time I filed RCR, and it is simply delaying by court.. at their home town, they may contacted to court person and may be playing in sucha way that may be despatch person is reporting as there was no body at their house (house was locked)..

In such case should I go for filing case against my father in law and mother in law?
