I have obtain bank loan againt my friends property. Now I have settle the loan and my friend insists to return his
documents . since there is a misunderstanding between us he once threatend me that he will give a police complannt against me for not returning the loan. Now i have settle the loan and want to return to original
documents to him. I want a legal receipt from him so that later on if he takes any legal action i can prove that i have return every thing
what I want is
The legal format of the receipt. whether I should typed it in Bond paper, if so the denamination of the value of the paper whether it is rs 20 paper or Rs 100 paper
If he does not agree to singn in a bond paper , and give receipt in white paper , is it a valied document
also I need the format and advice
