I have a friend who is 32 and she is married to a 34 yrs old man. It was a love marriage, it has been 7 yrs for the marriage and they have a 4 yr old son. Soon after the marriage the man started paying less attention towards her and started disputing and arguing on small things. Since than it has always been that he has been figthing and arguing and toward the end of every argument he would raise his hands on her. She has been quiet about it and giving time to the relationship but its the same. He works offshore and is out of the house for 3 months at a strech and then is back for a months or so. When ever he comes he is fine for 2 or 3 days but after that he starts being agressive andirresponsile toward her and the son. this time he got his sister and brother inlaw to house and confronted her when she was all alone. in the conversation he said that he is happy to let her go but will not let the son be with her, he also threathned her that if she tries to take the son he will harm her and her family.
She wants to know if she can get a divorce and if the son will be with her. She is a housewife.
Please help!!!
