Need to file a case for Infidelity Trauma

Well, I definitely want to file a case on the other woman. I am right now with my husband. I am really not sure about filing a case against my husband though.

, By Law its not possible as husband can file the case aginst the other man who is duping his wife and can seek diviorce

But you can not file ase against woman hpowever you can take appropriate steps aginst husband on confirming that he has been cheating you

First, U see your husband with any woman? U listen that? If yes why u not ask your huaband about this? I think u both r go to picnic and that time discuss this matter. And if u know woman who is in your husband life, u meet her and says, that he is marry with me and he is my husband so please u can not disturb our life becuz she is not know about this.

Without confirming the facts its useless to proceed merely on the apprehensions

Thanks all for the reply. I have enough proof that my husband betrayed me. And he is also guilty. I just want to know if I can legally punish this woman.

This woman is ultra-vires means out of reach for you, legally. You can only take action against your husband. Approach point for such a case is simple that first you should control your house than pointing to someone else!
