My father had 6 brothers and 1 sister.
In 1976 my father took loan and brought a land which had a house, but since he was working in bank he never stayed in it. In the meanwhile his siblings occupied and stayed in the house for free.
These siblings since 1997 were fighting with my father to divide the land in their names. But my dad did not agree as the brothers were fighting among themselves for percentage.
Now my father is dead and they are coming to my mom and harassing her.
My dad did decntly and managed to buy a flat and small piece of land with his VRS mone he got after retirement.His brothers have no house of their own.
Now me and my brother want to end this once and for all and sell off the land without giving a paisa to my dad's brothers and only distribute the money in between my mom, me and my bro.
How can I do this effectively? How to kick out the uncles from the house, take possession and sell of the land?
Can i sell off the land with the uncles still occupying it and ask the purchaser to kick them out?
Can the uncles put any case on us? Pls help
