Dear friends,
Following the unfortunate demise of my father, I am faced with the task of looking after several ancestral properties.
There are several co-owners of each property. I need to settle individual ownerships and at least secure our share with proper legal formalities.
I would like to have a basic knowledge of the laws. I will be grateful if you people can guide me towards books and/or online material that explains property laws, inheritance laws, laws relating to construction licences and so on.
