Hello Sir/Madam,

My family consists of my father, mother, sister and myself. My mother was killed by my fathers relatives and we moved to my mothers father house and grew up there.

Our properties were maintained by my father and Mothers brother. They used it for their selfish purposes. Then I asked my uncle(mother's bro) and he told me some good words and got my sister married to his son.Now he is planning to take my property.

I had did my sisters marriage grandly and gave her some land.I also spend all my salary to her only and even now also and she was happy. But my uncle is a cunning fox.So I am having a fear that I my uncle forces my sister and make her put a case will my property goes to her ?Property is under my name only which came from my grand father only and a litte from my mother.

I dont have a own house even and not married even.

My uncle always keep on quaralleing with me.I can manage from my sister side, but if they put a what would be the loss ? I believe grandfather property goes to grand son only.

Please advice ........Please.

Mr. Niranjan: Kindly note that it is customery to marry a Bhanji with Mama in Andhra Pradesh and also marriage between kins of real sister and brothers in Tamil Nadu and among Hindus.

Mr. Chinna:Your sister has every right in ancestoral property.

Dear friend,

It is not the fact the grand father's property will go to grand son only, the sister is also going to be an equal partner.

Don't sign any paper relating to your property i.e. either sale or mortgage or any other purpose of obtaining loans or advances directly or indirectly involving your property.
