Yes, the death certificates of both parents are available and the daughter has sent to the society and to me also.
So now, these have to be submitted alongwith other docs to the Tahsildar of Bangalore where they lived for getting the legal heir certificate!? I have informed the daughter about this.
Also, informed them to get the pending bills of the society and pay them. So they had asked the secretary yesterday and he had told them that he will show them on Friday. Accordingly, they will transfer the money to clear those biills to the society bank account (they had asked for the bank details too). Let us see how the Tahsildar office responds to their application. They are taking the help of their cousins in Bangalore. Thank you for your kind suggestions.
