Needs suggestion

Dear Sir

I came accross a case where husband has filed RCR against his wife. The chance of coming back of wife is very less. After the decision of honb'le court, husband is interested for divorce. Pls suggest me the procedure to be followed for the following.

1) Husband wants to keep both sons with him (1st child is 9+ years & 2nd child is 4+ years). When can he file the suit for this & what is the case studies on this.

2) What procedure to be adopted so that divorce can be granted very quickly.

Regards

if the wife hadnt joined her husband for more than a year from the time rcr was pronounced in his favour he can file divorce case.

till five years of age the child custody would be usually given to the mother.to claim custody of the elder child you can file child custody case under guardian and wards act
