one of my friend got convicted under NI act on Oct 12 2018 at Gandhinagar District Court gujarat. what should be exact process to proceed. none of the persons seems to be helping us due to communication issue. we don't speak gujarati. also none of them from court or police approached him for the conviction. kindly help me with the exact proceedings of gujarat.
