Neighbour

My neighbour has put a chimney in his kitchen, but the exhaust pipe in the I floor is facing the AC of my bedroom. Whenever they cook / fry fish the smell gets into my bedroom.

His tenant in the ground floor also has put a chimney in his kitchen, The exhaust is 6" diameter whereas normally 4" is used in the residential kitchen. There is no filter. They have just put a hole in the wall and pumping the unfiltered exhaust. My bedroom in the ground floor is about 9 feet away and the smell gets into my bedroom.

I and my son are allergic to kitchen exhaust. We are asthmatic.

All the talk to the neighbours in vain. Under which rule / law we can proceed and to which authority can we  complain. I live in Chennai.
