I am having farm which my father had given to me in Andhra . Now a neighbour farmer (SC/ST) trying to till the land in our farm border also . He is trying to fight with us during monsoon season every year. Some how we ignored him but this time he is using abusive language. Suggest me how to deal with this.

File a suit for injunction for restraining him from doing so in the civil court.

first of all u survey ur land by an government surveyor so that the boundry issue can be solved if still he
creates problem then u can file a suit

Thank you very much for the inputs.
We are planning to hold a discussion with some of the village members tomorrow later we will the Survey the land by government surveyor and see how it goes.
