Neighbour is asking to provide 2 ft set back

Dear Team,

I am constructing my 3 storied new house in PCMC pune with sanctioned plan which is semidetached.But my neighbour is asking to leave 2 foot more ser back on 4th side of the plot too.He is not allowing structure to touch his compound wall,also he is saying that he will not allow me to plaster my outer wall which is facing his wall comound side.

What comes under his rights as a neibour and can he bring STAY notice to me.

Pls help me out.

If you are not following the set back norms and are violating the building construction plan and also affecting your neighbor's property, then he may file a suit for permannent injunction to restrain from constructing your property without following the procefdures of law in this regard

One thing i want to know,If my paln is already sanctioned by competent authority and in i am following according to that only,still neighbour can bring injunction?? Then what is the use of obtaining sanctioned plan from municipal authority?
