New amendments for 498a proposed

It is very much required to take stringent action against those filing false complaint so that notorious person should not misuse it and used said act as weapon to make innocent husband and in laws to dance to wifes' tune. Mere wife fail to prove her case does not mean it is false case. The veracity of each complaint under 498 A is required to be examine carefully so that no injustice will cause to either of the party

If false complaint is proved under IPC 498A women should go into jail minimum 1 upto 3 years. As because not only she misued the ipc which will motivate other to misuse this law but also spoiled with career/job and money of the innocent husband, his family, and relatives. She should not be given child custody for ever. However husband should be allowed to suggest if he wants his wife to go jail or not and can include the other mastermind ( women parents, relative or lover, NGOs etc) in this case. And each family member and relatives of husband named in the case should be given minimum 1 lakh rupees as compensation that should be fine to that women.

If false complaint is proved under IPC 498A Max 7  years jail should be allowed , and fine should be raised to minimum 50000, also compensation for mental cruelty, loss of work, court expenses defamation should be allowed. Also divorce without any alimony and maintenance and full custody of children to father can be given. Than only mis use of this law can be stopped, if they are really phased any problem than let her file case and all men are ready phase the consequences.  All gender biased laws should be removed.

i dont think the new amendment in 498a is right. 15000 rs fine to women after a long legal battle is nothing. 

These amendments are joke 15000 fine for don't know how many years of harassment.

Adultery : No punishment for married women in these section at all....what a joke but him man is adultery then he is punished !!! why gender biased law

Why man dont have anything like 498A ?

These all laws are of of 1860 copied or taken from original britan laws which are misused very wisely by women
