I have the following questions regarding AP Rent Control Act.
1.) A building is 25 years old. Is this exempt from the purview of the ap rent control act?
2) What is the monthly rent amount that is exempted from the act?
If the owners want the premises for their legitimate and own bonafide use , is it necessary to go to court for tenant eviction or will the Rent Controller settle matters?
Please advise.
