As I heard that Recently, Delhi HC has circulated all the police station that to arrest anyone based on the FIR, they should have some evidence in the hand of police.
Means while Police has to investigate mandetarily first, and the arrest will be the last weapon.
Please clarify the same, if yes then is it applicable for all states of india?
