The stamp duty while executing partition deed, gift deed and/or settlement deed between family members in Kerala state seems to have been revised to a lumpsum amount of Rs.1000.00
Does anyone knows whether this becomes an Act as of now. If no, what is the way to take advantage of this new bill which would come into effect?
