New land lords playing fool !

In spite of Consent Terms and 2 Contempt Petitions against the land lords there is no end to their repeated foul play.

As per Consent Terms they are required to provide alternate permanent accomodation measuring 330 Sqft carpet in the redeveloped building but without prior intimation they have changed the not only the location agreed upon but reduced the carpet area to 270 sqft which is not acceptable.

When approached the local police station for FIR they refused saying it's a civil matter due to hefty bribes.

Filling very depressed and helpless?

Any guidance to deal with the problem?

TIA

What is the subject for contempt of court ?

How contempt is connected / relevant to compromise ?

What is the advise of your lawyer proceeding contempt petition(s) ?

If they still do not obey the court orders, you may insist on the contempt proceedings without agreeing for any compromise even at the cost of losing this property what they are trying to push it to you.

If the trial court is not entertaining your petition, you  may prefer an appeal against the aggrieved orders.

The police will not entertain any complaint in this regard because it is a civil matter, somebody has misguided you to approach police over this civil matter.
