We have a rented shop in ground since more than 40 years.About 6months ago landlord sold the property to someone else. Now the new owner want us to evict us using tricks.he started breaking 1st floor which is under his posession telling that just evict the property. How is it possible to leave a bread earning source and why should we ?We never get any official letter from any owner(new or old) for the property modification or repair. They says that do what u want to do.They are breaking us down.

Please advise.will be grateful.

We paid all the rents to the old owner till date.

Complain to police station and get stay order from court under rent control act, easement right.

urgently give a police complaint and file a injunction suit of Civil court not in rent controller court and it is known fact that the landlord will not recieve the rent and give a notice to the landlord to recieve the rent and notify the bank account to deposit the same and if not complied your requests by land lord, you are at liberty to  file a petition in the rent control court to deposit the rent into the court account.

Thanks for the raghuji...

The owner have sold the property to another party 6 months back. But its not registered yet.

They just signed a bond in between.Rent is already rejected by the old owner since 6 months after the property sale.

Now the new owner is playing tricks to vacate the property.

U are right i shall file a police complaint & a injunction suit of civil court to the new unauthorised owner.

But people say the after i file a police complaint the case will directly goes to court. And for stay order for not breaking can take a year.

How much time court takes to stop the opposite party ?? Thanks

You can take interim injunction order immediately for not breaking the structure, though the main case will continue for a long time.
