Ni138 case - bailable warrant - need clarification pls

Dear Lawyers,

For my NI138 case, Court sent summon to the accused and he was not present to the court on the last hearing. Then Hon'ble Judge issued a Bailable warrant to the police. I asked the warrant on "hand delivery". I read from the website, there are 2 bails are applicable , i.e, 1. Police bail and 2. Court bail. Now my query is, For My case, Can police give a bail or they have to present in the court to get bail by giving the surety of documents, resident proof & guarantor etc??????

Thanking you all advance for clarifying my doubt,

Regards,
