couple of my 138 cases has been transfered to fast track courts , even then not much of progress, accused is absent and advocate not represnting him, dont have the accused current residence, nbw issued 4 months back but till now not able to excute, what will be the status in such case, will the ftc judge dismiss the case , since we r not able to excute the nbw's ? pl advise.
