No act section 138 ordinance act 2015 implemented 15/6/2015. There is a clarification needed.. Cases existing filed, and under trail will be transfered to chq receiver bank location. The cases already transfered and not yet filed within 30 days. As per schedule rules. Those cases will what happens. And cases not yet transfered even after sc judgement those case will what happens? Dear experts seeking your valuable opinion.
