No divorce in hindu marriage

If the man and woman are both Hindus then they can get married anywhere in the house or temple or top of hill.As per Hindu marriage it says with Saat Pherey or Saptapadi the marriage ceremony is complete and even if the marriage is not registered some lawyers claim that it is a valid marriage.

In Hindu marriage there is no option for divorce then how can law give divorce to such couples when the marriage is not registered at all.The interference of law is against the beliefs of Hinduism which does not recognize divorce.

Hindu marriage Act Section 7 Says "customary rites and  ceremonies  of  either party thereto" , so even Sapthapathi is not there, is Custom permits, that is a valid marriage
